BEFORE PURCHASE
Which size should I order?
We suggest to order a size bigger than usual.
An item I want is out of stock
All our products are limited edition and are therefore only available for a short time. If a product you want is out of stock contact us via e-mail. If there is enough interest we can collaborate with the artist again for new designs.
How do I take care of my products?
All products come with instructions on the label inside the item.
Customs or import duties
Within the EU there are no extra fees, however, outside of the EU there might be import or custom fees.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation
Please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail with proof of payment so we can send you the order details.
I made a mistake with the delivery address
Please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail so we can edit the delivery address before the products have been sent.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs vary per location and size/weight. However, we offer free shipping for orders above 100 euros.
What are the delivery times?
We aim to deliver the products within 9 days of purchase. If for some unforeseen reason this is not met, you will receive an update from us.
What is the status of my order?
All orders can be followed by the shipping details you receive in the order confirmation mail.
How can I return a product?
Keeping the environment in mind, we would prefer not to have returns. However, you are able to return your products within 14 days of purchase.
